    Hello,

    I have been using WATS for 6 months now and it works really well. At first, we have been submitting tickets through the admin side with the free release. Then, to enhance user experience, we have been upgrading to the premium release in order to be able to take advantage of the frontend submission of tickets. Our users are really happy with this S/W, it really rocks!
