Works, but slowed down our site

    We have yet to see reasonable performance with this plugin activated on our site. First page loads are particularly slow (10-20 seconds) with subsequent page loads being much faster. With the plugin deactivated we consistently get first page loads in 2-6 seconds.

    TubePress is unable to cause such a performance hit. I’m sorry that you experienced problems on your website. We are always happy to help diagnose bottlenecks, and have a section in our documentation on how to precisely measure and improve site performance.

    Please feel free to ask for help in the primary TubePress support forum and one of our staff members will assist.

    Thank you for the quick reply and great resources, Eric. We have tried a few suggestions so far without significant improvements in our results. It’s probably something on our end, though. We will keep trying.
