Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on
works, but not from my own network (1 post)

    Hello!

I've successfully gotten the web to lead plugin to work, but when we submit a contact form from within our office network, no lead is created on Salesforce. However, if we switch to our external WiFi network, then it seems to work fine.

The website is hosted externally at Hostgator, so I am not sure why this would matter. We have been using our email addresses as the contact email when filling out the form, and the domain of the email is the same as the login domain for Salesforce.

We normally wouldn't care, since customers will be outside the company, but we'd planned to have some people inside who receive incoming calls use the website's form to add leads.

Thanks a lot for the help!
