Works, but has issues

I recently had a client purchase the Pro version of this plugin so we could replace over a dozen YouTube players on their site. The wanted something similar to what they currently had with a scrollable playlist attached to the right of the video player.

At first, things looked great and worked fine. But then realises that when you have more than ONE of the scroll style player on the same page the first one works fine but the others show the entire playlist in one giant list causing the player container to grow in size vertically to accommodate instead of scrolling. I tried to use their support site but it does not work and they were unresponsive via email and chat.

I then switched to the slider version of the player which does seem to work fine. I am however having issues with the fullscreen not working even though it is turned on in the player options. I again tried to contact their support and have received no response at all.

SInce my previous review got flagged, I just want to make clear that this IS my review. I am not looking for support on here, just noting that they seem to no longer provide support so beware when purchasing this product.
