Works but difficult to report bugs

We started using this plugin when it first rolled out and have always been quite pleased. The sad part is as they have grown they have made it very difficult to report bugs unless you pay for support. Likewise they have done away with their forums, they do not monitor “Support” area on the WordPress site and the post they have made in the WordPress support area have dead links. Sadly it is starting to look like the project is going to be abandoned.
