    This was caused by a specific e-mail configuration where the client had a company e-mail on the Microsoft infrastructure and the forms from the company website were sent from phpMailer and sometimes hosting problems resulted in sending errors or sending messages to spam. Changing the method of sending messages was the cure 🙂
