    I had a dumb question about the plugin and they responded right away (and were very kind about it). I got the Pro for the Woocommerce Has no Order feature and this saved me loads of time and prevented possibly deleting a real customer. I don’t like that I had to email them to turn off the renewal, but they got back to me right away.
