I was pretty concerned this plugin was not going to be what I needed it to be from all of the 1 star reviews.
I’ve got it installed and at least for social login, I find it works as advertised. I didn’t mind creating an account at Login Radius, they’ve got some nice tutorials there that walk you through how to get everything configured over at Facebook, Google, Twitter etc so that everything works.
You’d have to do these steps regardless of using this plugin, but really nice that it’s all laid out for you.
Also note your logins do jump first to their servers, then redirect back to your own site so that may be an issue for some.
I really like that the plugin will check to see if someone’s email already exists, and if so it will merge the social logging in account with the existing one ( you can turn that off as well). Also nice is it will prompt for an email on the way back from services like Twitter that don’t share emails.
I recommend this plugin, and by the way it totally works with WooCommerce, though you’ve got to modify the proper files in WooCommerce to add the do_shortcode php stuff so it loads up where you want it to — but once that’s done, Login Radius allows your user to create an account or to sign in and then brings them right back to the check out page with everything still there.
Nice job LoginRadius team.
