I’m new to WP, am unfamiliar with PHP itself, and working in a theme through shortcode. I copied the scriptlet into Text(HTML) and it was instantly remarked out by WP. Sticking it in between short code doesn’t work. Is there an entry-level means of getting your plugin to work? Thanks for your help.

Hi Jim, if you temporarily switch to the default theme, does WWSGD work as expected?

It should work on normal posts and pages by default. Use of the PHP code is only necessary if you want the message in a custom location. The plugin does not currently work with shortcodes.
