# Working with VPNs

 * We recently installed this plugin on [http://www.action-intell.com](http://www.action-intell.com)
   and the client loves it. He had too many people sharing logins and this has been
   very helpful to him. However, he has a number of clients in Asia and many have
   complained that when they try to view the site via their VPN it gives them the
   following error
 * **Forbidden**
    You don’t have permission to access / on this server. Additionally,
   a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to
   handle the request.
 * She has had this issue a lot even after we reset her password and logged her 
   out of the system. What could this be related to?
 * Also, you say “Even if a user is closing the browser without logging out, their
   login session exists for period of time.” What exactly is that period of time?
   an hour? a day?
