Working with images in 2.0.1

In 1.5.2, I’d upload an image, then cut-n-paste from the success screen to use in my post.

I’m having trouble figuring out how to do this in 2.0.1. I used the upload option from a the bottom of a blank post. I thought (mistakenly) that uploads were related to each post, so I used an ftp program to delete the image. Then I went to modify the post I was working on and uploaded the image there.

When I “browse all,” the image shows up twice. How do I delete the duplicate image? Is it possible to manage files somehow, like delete and rename images?

I type in a description when I uploaded. Where did this description go? Do I have to type it in again when I manually type in the image path into my post? And if so, what was the point of typing the image in the first place?

When I click the “IMG” button, is there any way to point-n-click at the image I just uploaded?
