Working on test site, not on live site

    I have the plugin working on the test site, http://bit.ly/abs-home-sandbox, but not on the live site, http://bit.ly/abs-home-live, using the following shortcodes on both:

    ‘[insert page=’About’ display=’all’]

    [insert page=’Resources’ display=’all’]

    [insert page=’Two Simple Rules’ display=’all’]

    [insert page=’Where to Buy’ display=’all’]’

    Test site shows titles and contents. Live site shows only titles.

    Running latest WP, same versions of plugins, same theme.

    Tried deactivating all plugins except Insert Pages on the live site.

    What could be the issue?
