Hi there.. relatively new to WordPress (and coding that’s more than HTML and CSS) and have come across a snag at the very end of the road..
I’ve built my own simple website and I’m using WP as a CMS for two pages of the site..
I have everything running quite well on my local side using MAMP.
I’ve transferred all of my files to the remote server, set up a MySQL database, installed WP and I *believe* I’ve correctly updated the hostname, database, username and password in my ‘Connections’ php files and my wp-config.php file.
On the live site, when I make a post in the WP dashboard, I can view that post by clicking on the ‘view post’ button.. but when I try and load the website page that should load with that information I’m getting the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function virtual() in /hermes/bosweb/web099/b991/ipg.manjarisharmanet/makecoolshitanddie.com/shows.php on line 1
Unfortunately this I’m not sure what these errors mean exactly and what I need to do to repair the code.
Does anyone know if this is a simple fix?.. again, it’s working fine on my local side running MAMP..
Thanks A TON in advance for any help.
