Support » Plugin: Sticky Menu & Sticky Header » working in some pcs and not in others!

  • I am excited about your plugin and the control panel it has.
I have built a site using it in all my post pages. Under the sticky header and between a right and left sticky column, the sticky element contains the post title. The funny thing is that in some computers it works perfectly and in others it doesn’t!
I have set it to not be sticky when screen is less than 700px wide. In the cases it malfunctions it does the opposite!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, thanks for trying my plugin.

Does the issue always happen on the same pages (on the computers where it doesn’t work)?

Are the computers using different browsers? For the computers where it doesn’t work, do you see any errors in the browser’s console?

It looks like your site doesn’t have the plugin active at this point, so I’m not able to see if there are any issues myself.

    Hello,
I am sorry I had deactivated the plugin because of another problem. My vimeo and issue embeds won’t work as well. But it wasn’t the “Sticky element” plugin that was causing that after all. So I have reactivated it again.
The thing is that, on the computers where it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work on any browser at all. However, if you right click and “inspect element”, it suddenly appears!

On the computers where it works, it works on every browser.

Apologies for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue? My plugin is not active on your site right now, so I’m still unable to check this at the moment.

I do think it might have to do with the screen size. When you do “Inspect Element”, it will make the screen smaller, so it’s possible that it does work on smaller screens but not on larger ones.
