  • The code is clean and stable, setup is seamless.

    MAybe the only complaint would be an approach like with the help.
    It says:
    “Type and Hit Enter
    1. start Get back to the main menu.
    2. faq for FAQ
    3…”
    – and many users understood that typing numbers 1, 2, 3.. is a shortcut to those features.

    You can actually change the keywords to 1,2,3 from the Language center->ChatBot keywords tab and then update the description to match.
