I followed those steps below which you’ve mentioned in an earlier post

To test that the image is delivered in webp, I do this:

    0) Open the page in a Google Chrome browser
    1) Right-click anywhere on the page
    2) Choose “Inspect”
    3) Click “Network” tab
    4) Reload the page
    5) Optionally, click “Img” filter, to only see image requests
    6) I inspect the “Type” column, which says “webp”

here, there are no webp images https://www.outdoorhaber.com/saglik/kis-kosullarinda-su-tuketiminin-hipotermi-ile-iliskisi

but on main page, some images are converted to webp (also have jpg files as well)

if webp compression isn’t available for a file (lets say a jpg is already extremely compressed lol) then does it automatically serve jpg (original) file?

I actually only see one jpeg that isn’t delivered as webp on that URL. The reason for that one is that it is hosted on another server (secure.gravatar.com)

And yes. WebP Express automatically serves the original jpeg in case the webp file is larger than the original. However, as you note, this is highly unlikely.

It seems everything was working as it should
