 * That might be a conflict. Can you please clear your browser cache or check in
   the Incognito/private mode?
 * If the issue persists, please try deactivating all other plugins and switch the
   theme to the default Twenty Twenty theme temporarily to see if that resolves 
   the issue.

 * Its absolutely impossible – site won’t be working without some other plugins.
   Switching the theme is impossible too.

 * We recommend you to use the [Health Check plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   that deactivates plugins/themes only for the current admin account.
 * Let us know if the issue persists after deactivating the plugin using Healthcheck
   only for your account temporarily.

 * It did’t help. The problem is not with other plugins or theme
 * Got it – problem is with russian localization!
    I enabled English language, and

   But I can’t use English locale because all names became English.

   any error related to the Email Subscribers plugin?
