    My Peruvian buddy and I started a business where people in the US buy services in Peru. We wanted to offer our customers the security of making PayPal purchases. The PayPal sandbox transactions worked. But, before we went live, I tried to send a PayPal payment to our Peruvian bank account outside the plugin just for drill. My desktop PayPal payment failed because “payments are not allowed for this country”. My iPhone PayPal app attempt failed because “your recipients account is not ready to receive payments”. But, when we pointed this plugin at the account and made a real PayPal purchase through our website, it worked!
