  • Changing review because of response from Matthew. Problem has been narrowed down to Safari on my Mac. Though not fully resolved, the plugin does work on Chrome and Firefox, so that’s my workaround.

    Originally purchased in 2012 and it worked well until last year.

    Folders don’t appear and error references rest API with instructions to add real-media-library/v1 to “Allow namespaces.” It works for a moment. Then the next time I get the same error.

    When I can see folders, there’s a cookie error.

    I’m done.

    Well, that’s not the support forum (for the PRO version), but a rating system for the free version, where we can respond to rating to see what went good or wrong.

    Even if the support period for your Real Media Library PRO license is expired, you will get an answer and help from us (especially if the purchased plugin does not work anymore) if you open a support ticket at https://devowl.io/support.

    Here we are not allowed to help you with issues in the PRO (paid) version in according to the wordpress.org rules. I am sorry about that and hope that you open a support ticket that can help you as soon as possible.
