Worked, had to disable then renable it… now doesn't work anymore

I managed, by commenting many ligns in wp-admin.css and color-fresh.css, to make it work once.
Then I had to disable all plugins and re-enable them all, and now I can’t get Custom Login to work again. The only functional lign is the logo upload. In the meantime, I haven’t made any new changes to wp-admin.css and color-fresh.css.
As you can see below, Activate is checked.
