Plugin worked for one day then got the rate limited error and invalid or incorrect tokens. Used the “login and get my access tokens” option a couple of times and the tokens never updated. Disabled the plugin, enabled it and created the feed again. Same problem, doesn’t update the tokens.

    Update
Explanation from developer helped clear things up. Explained the reason why and all makes sense. So thanks for getting back to me and finding out the problem and causes.

Thanks for taking a moment to leave a review. Have you also contacted our amazing support team for help? We would be glad to assist to better understand what the problem is and also what feed you are using that is causing you trouble. If it’s Twitter, I know they have been making API changes this week, which could be the cause.

    Hi Spencer.

Good to know. I am using Twitter. It is connecting me to my twitter feed, but it is showing the “Oh No, something’s wrong…. invalid or expired token…” I have just gained a new token and the same error message. When I try to update it doesn’t update the token, it is always the same.

Are you running version 4.1.3 of our plugin?

Hi. Yes I am. I just installed it yesterday.

Thanks for letting me know what version. In all honesty it appears that with Elon’s new decision to make the API paid, we are now getting rate limited on our app, because we are only allowed to retrieve up to 50k read tweets from the API per month. With 40k+ active installs of our plugin the Twitter API is now returning this error for a period of time. It’s unfortunate, and it appears all Twitter plugins are experiencing similar issues. I wish I had better news. Looks like potential free Twitter feeds are on there way out. Even our biggest competitor is experiencing the same issues. Thanks again for taking the time to continue the convoy, we general don’t get feedback after a review. Have a great evening.
