I think your cache plugin affects to our plugin, please try to temporarily deactivate your cache plugin and check read more work.
If it works try to exclude our plugin in your cache plugin.
Please let me know about your progress.

Can you temporarily deactivate your cache plugin and I will check without cache?
If you open you page without login you still will see read more not working, and this is not a mobile issue, it’s just from your cache.

I checked and found some strange thing. In your page include data twice decktop and mobile contents exist on the page.
Can you create a new read more and add id to the mobile version?

I checked and found both for mobile and desktop you inserted the same read more with the id 4.
Can you insert read more id 4 for desktop and new id 5 for mobile?

That you will need to do in your theme settings.
Your theme makes duplicates the same content and loads data twice on your page.
You can ask them about that
