[wordTube] Generate box for Embed Code under video

Does anyone know how to add some php code to WordTube in order to generate a text field <input type=”text” name=”textfield” size=”70″ value=”***”> under the player generated in the posts, and apply the <object> tag wordTube already generates into the value?

The idea is to generate an embed text box, similar to what youtube offers, in the post body. I know the JW player has some embed plugins that appear inside the video but they do not work well all the time and require twicks in wordTube.
