    Hello loverichie,

I’m sorry you didn’t a fantastic experience with us but I’d like to take a quick stand here. It’s very clear on our plugin page, pricing page and website that the free accounts have a 10,000 visits limit per month.

Also, for all our free users we send an email when:

    • 1 – You reach 80% of your quota
    • 2 – You reach 100% of your quota: we send an email giving you 1 week to find other solution not to lose your share buttons

So I think we’re quite transparent and let everyone now what happens once the limit and reasonable amount of time has gone by.

I don’t think we’re greedy, and we do provide a free and quality service for our free users. But we also have to make a living out of our work, and that means qualifying some of our users to become our customers.

Again, I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with us and I’m happy that your website has a good amount of traffic.

    All the best,
    John, CEO

haha richie thats stupid. I dont even use the plugin anymore but man, 10k limit its clearly stated on their page http://postimg.org/image/vc7gbejyh/

I hate people who think they deserve anything free. Thats not how the world works man. Support the developers!

Thanks for that image, it helps on this one. We try as much as we can to provide free tools to our users while keeping this a business to support its development.

    Best,
