I’m sorry you didn’t a fantastic experience with us but I’d like to take a quick stand here. It’s very clear on our plugin page, pricing page and website that the free accounts have a 10,000 visits limit per month.
Also, for all our free users we send an email when:
- 1 – You reach 80% of your quota
- 2 – You reach 100% of your quota: we send an email giving you 1 week to find other solution not to lose your share buttons
So I think we’re quite transparent and let everyone now what happens once the limit and reasonable amount of time has gone by.
I don’t think we’re greedy, and we do provide a free and quality service for our free users. But we also have to make a living out of our work, and that means qualifying some of our users to become our customers.
Again, I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with us and I’m happy that your website has a good amount of traffic.
