Wordprwss form action link with a cakephp site

    I have a blog website made in wordpress and a interior designing website made in cakephp.
    In my Cakephp website there is a search form in header which search all data belongs to it.
    Now in my wordpress site we have to attach that search form to search that Cakephp website data.
    So, my question is how i link with cakephp controller from a wordpress serach form action?
