wordpress/URL/Redirect –

Need help urgently, been stuck on this for days.

My client had a change of domains so i changed the URL in the settings of the admin area in dashboard. I then realised this would only redirect to the new parked domain. So i changed the URL back but it hasn’t saved and now its locked me out. I cant even reach the login page because of the redirect.

Would appreciate any help, the site is finished and near launching but its now hidden by this redirect. I don’t think i should have to start again??
