wordpressumzug von win 7 auf win 10

    hallo forumgemeinde,
    so wie ich es befürchtet habe, ist es jetzt auch gekommen. ich muss mit meinen ganzen Daten von meinem Win 7 Notebook auf ein Win 10 umziehen. Da ich meine liebe Mühe hatte das alles einzurichten bin ich hier völlig Überfordert. Kann mir, einen Laien, jemand helfen was ich tun kann oder muss?

    Do you have your wordpress site installed locally on your notebook? If so, what are you using? WAMP? XAMP? Something else?

    If your website is hosted on a proper internet host, your local notebook has nothing to do with it.

    Hallo Steven,
    wie schon erwähnt bin ich in dieser Materie absoluter Laie, meine Hp habe ich bei World4you eingerichtet. Was meinst Du mit lokales Notebook, dass mit Win 7?

    If your site is hosted at world4you, then changing your notebook does not affect your WordPres site as WordPress is not installed on it.

    ok, aber wie kann ich denn jetzt meine Hp bearbeiten? Muss ich nicht erst Wp auf meinen neuen Pc installieren, das klappt nämlich auch nicht und php kann ich nicht.

    No, you do not have to install WordPress on your computer. You edit the site from http://example.com/wp-adminthrough your browser.
