wordpress.org show/hide table of contents

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone had/or could point me toward a sample or tutorial to create the effect that wp use on the documents pages, the contents list which can be switched to show/hide. If this is not available can someone give me a ‘simple english’ version of what I should do within the javascript to do this (ie does this simply hide the div contents whic contains the list of posts etc on the page?) or is there something more?

I can do it if i need to but why invent the wheel and I want to make sure im doing it right!

Any help would be great.
