    The star ratings don’t match the reviews on this site. I will see 4 to 1 star ratings but the review doesn’t exist. It looks like the review system is being gamed because all the 5 star reviews exist. Can this be cleaned up?

    Are you sure they’re not just ratings that don’t have comments? A long time ago it wasn’t compulsory to write a comment when rating a plugin.

    It’s a known issue. When someone adds a review it gets added to the total. Sadly there are reviews (not many percentage wise thankfully!) that are fraudulent. When those are deleted the total doesn’t go down.

    it is gaming the system and that’s one of the reason sock puppet reviews get deleted.
