WordPress.org moderators block people from getting support??

I just posted a forum looking for advice for a serious problem I am experiencing only to have it immediately blocked by a moderator called Andrew who I am unable to even contact, in case my problem attracted spam replies. WTF!!!!

My issue is crical to my website and I desperately need help.

Can anyone suggest somewhere else I can get support away from these overbearing and uncontacable moderators on here???
