 * Does anyone know the plugin WordPress.org is using for users to login?
    is at
   the top right of the site:
 * > Plugin Directory
   >  Username: ABCDE Password ****** (forgot?) or Register
 * Then once the user logs in it shows
 * > “Welcome, user name | log out”
 * I have search and search the plugin directory but the only thing I can find is
   a sidebar widget? Any one knows?
