Not hacked. All codex pages are wiki-style, so they can be edited by anyone opening an wordpress account. Unfortunately, sometimes people take advantage of that openness.
Good to know – any idea who I can contact to get the real information restored ?

I tried to undo the changes. But that didn’t work because of “conflicting intermediate edits”. So putting “Please restore” will get it restored? Or is there a better way to alert the moderators? Thanks SeanCrossan for posting this here.
Once logged into the Codex, you need to click on timestamp of the version you want to restore.
