WordPress:Error establishing a database connection

    The username and password information in my wp-config.php file is correct.

    “If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.”

    My host Hostpapa provider says my back up is corrupted.

    PLEASE HELP : 3 months working on my site about piano lessons online in spanish

    I Think W3Total Cache plugin did something. My site went down in 10 minutes on 2013/01/05. yesterday

    I have a back up in WP dashboard but how I can reach to it.

    Any help. no matter if I can save something at least.

    ftp into server:
    1. pick pics from wp-content/uploads
    2. if you used a plugin for backup, then you may find it at wp-content/backupdb, or something.. nothing can be ‘stored’ on the dashboard. check which plugin you had used for DB.

    i did not use a plugin for back up. In dashboard or General Settings or Appeareance, I had a save/restore button. Thanks shadez for your time, something else?
