WordPress.com websites don't open

Hey all!

I got a bit of an extraordinary problem here. For some odd reason some wordpress.com based websites don’t open for me. For example, the develop.wordpress.com doesn’t work for me, and so don’t the blogs skazca.com and janerussian.com which have opened before. Since the problem occurs only on my wifi connection, I’d like to know what I can do about it without contacting the provider (if anything, cause these people aren’t really helpful). Are there any settings I can tinker with?

My own independent wordpress blog works fine for me.
