 * Haven’t started using the WordPress software as of yet just wanted to clarify
   a few things before I install/start using it.
 * So stupidly I didn’t do much research before paying for a premium account on 
   WordPress.com, and after realising I can’t add plugins on WordPress.com I’m considering
   hosting a web domain through Bluehost and downloading the software from WordPress.
   org. I don’t have any content on the website as of yet (luckily) so there is 
   no need for me to transfer anything! I’m just wondering whether I need a premium
   account with WordPress.com to use WordPress.org? Or is it completely different?
 * I’m still within the 48 hour refund timeframe so that is still an option to get
   my money back (and put it towards the cost of Bluehost) just wondering if I get
   a refund will the domain name I bought through WordPress.com be available or 
   not? Can I change it first before I get a refund and hopefully by doing so make
   it available? I’m new to this someone please help!!!! :))

 * You don’t need anything from WordPress.COM to run a site using the WordPress.
   ORG software. You will need a hosting account and a domain name, and only the
   [software from this site](https://wordpress.org/download/) to install on that
   hosting account.
