# wordpress.com login

 * Trying to connect to WordPress.com to reconnect jetpack to blog. Password for
   blog is fine, need another login for wordpress. None of our passwords work so
   I entered our email in the password reset field. No email has come and we’ve 
   been waiting over 3 hours. I tried 2 more submissions to the password reset. 
   Nothing.
    I tried to create a new account. But, it says this email is in use.
   Then why can’t I get a reset password email? No it’s not in my junk mail. I’ve
   checked it about 30 times. Read about resetting passwords via the phpMyAdmin.
   I did that, but it only impacted the password for the blog. The password for 
   wordpress.com is still a mystery.

 * Create a new wordpress.com account using a different e-mail address and try connecting
   Jetpack to that e-mail address and see if it works.

 * If it says your email is in use, but you aren’t receiving the password recovery
   email (and you have checked your email’s spam folder), you’ll need to use the
   Account Recovery form detailed at the bottom of [https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/](https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/)
