# WordPress wp_admin.php request password link not working

 * It’s been a while since I have logged onto wordpress. I cannot seem to request
   a new password with the retrieval process. Basically, the retrieval e-mail is
   not getting to me. I know the account is associated with the e-mail because I
   would receive an error otherwise.
