# WordPress with Office365

 * It appears that emailing through our WP website stopped working once we changed
our server MX settings to Office365.
 * This is our setup:
Domain and WordPress website hosted on GoDaddy (A record)
Email is configured for Office365 (MX records)
 * Email used for contact form and other administrative functions on the website
   is set to [info@xxx.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-with-office365/info@xxx.com?output_format=md)(
not exactly). When the website first went live, all emailing was working fine.
However, we noticed that after we changed the domain MX records to Office365,
it’s no longer working as it should. For example, contact form submissions are
   no longer arriving at [info@xxx.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-with-office365/info@xxx.com?output_format=md)
and our users with email addresses that are the same as our domain are no longer
receiving website emails…such as password resets and such. But users who have
other email addresses receive such emails fine.
 * I’m suspecting there’s a conflict or some confusion on the WordPress or server
side. Does anyone know how we can fix this? Does it require a plugin that handles
   the email?

 * Have you set up an SPF record for your WP Server address?
 * It could be that O365 is treating your sending server as a spam server.

 * SPF is setup. I don’t think it’s O365 treating it as spam. The email is not in
the Junk folder, and website emails arrive fine to external users with O365.
It’s just the O365 accounts that share the same domain.

 * Sounds like a question for O365 support.
 * Just a question is the ‘sending’ from email on the same domain – an actual real
valid O365 account on that domain?
 * Some hosts do not put envelope sender correctly ( and WP doesn’t add by default)
that MAY be an issue, you can easily check using one of my plugins [https://wordpress.org/plugins/stop-wp-emails-going-to-spam/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/stop-wp-emails-going-to-spam/)
   and test.

 * Yes, it is indeed an actual valid O365 account on the domain. I’ll check your
   plugin. Thank you so much!

 * Its only an outside chance my plugin will help, but it only take 2 minutes to
   try.
