WordPress will not allow me to Install

I’m attempting to install wordpress for the first time, but no matter what I do a white screen continuously shows up and does not allow me to do anything. I’ve searched online for a fix of the “White Screen of Death” but none of the issues others have had seem to apply since they have all gotten farther than I have.

I’ve tried the “Simple 1-Click Install” through my webhost (ntchosting.com) but when I go to http://www.theinteractivemuseum.org/wordpress/wp-login.php it’s just a white screen and nothing happens.

I’ve followed two different youtube tutorials on how to manually install wordpress, and I’ve run into the same issue. I would greatly appreciate some insight into this.
