# WordPress website update problem

 * I updated my website by ftp and clear cache in wordpress, hosting and browser
   and my website update only static parts of html and css but wordpress site wont
   update.

 * AT this point, I think you need to talk to your host. I don’t think your site
   is where you think it is. They need to be able to look at your files, directories,
   etc.

 * So what did you change?
 * Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t
   find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/

 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of 
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.

 * I fixed it. It was xml sitemap plug-in. I removed it.
