    some one plz help me.my wordpress site [http://tecktipzandtrickz.com](http://tecktipzandtrickz.com)
   crashed suddenly ,ot was running fine .the site showed a blank screen and from
   forums i added “wp debug” now it displays a error “deprecated” as u can se on
   my site.plz help me to restire ….

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using
   [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management application
   your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.

 * thanx for ur reply……….i cant access sub folders ,cant access dashboard,nd the
   themes directory has just some empty text files….and i cant upload themestooo
   please help me

 * If you cannot access your site by FTP, you need to speak to your hosts.

 * No – they are wrong. WordPress cannot affect your FTP. Without that access, you
   cannot fix your site.

 * It’s a server issue – **not** a WordPress one. You need to speak to your hosts.
   You are paying them for this kind of support.
