# WordPress Visual Composer issue

 * Hello
 * I am trying to upload a image from my media library using visual composer, but
   nothing happens, does not respond at all.
 * I also tried flushing the WordPress cache and deactivating all of my plugins 
   one by one in oder to determine if one of them is perhaps interfering with the
   performance of the visual composer plugin but this is not the case as well.

 * Try a different browser and make sure java is enabled.

 * OK did you try changing to a default theme. Is the plugin bundled with your theme
   or did you buy a a copy?

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is
   one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors.
   The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
