I experienced the difference on 56k. I use cable at home so i dont notice anything. I installed 2.0 tonight(clean install) hoping to alleviate the problem. Now it actually seems slower. * It’s only slow when publishing though. Here’s the odd thing, it looks as though it’s still processing, but if I open another window and look up my site, the post it usually posted before WP appears to be through publishing it. It was the pingomatic link on the options/writing/ update services in the dashboard. My wordpress is very slow. Not at all times, but mostly it is slow. I removed the pingomatic link, I did a CSS validator… everything I could think of. The changes I make take a while to save in WordPress Admin and also takes a while to show in the Browser. Sometimes it says ‘page not found’! Could someone please help!
