 * Hi, I need to know how the new version (WordPress V4) work with languages(WordPress
   setup, Choosing a language in the first step)? Why some of the languages is missing
   like Kurdish language? And how is it possible to add a language to this list 
   when you setup WordPress?

 * It pulls from the core languages list we have on the translation site. The site
   says “Kurdish (Sorani)” is only 86% translated at present.
