WordPress users, please help. I need widgets?

I am looking for a widget that arranges the posts/pages side by side showing the thumbnails of either the image of the posts or just a thumbnail of the post. The thumbnails will only have a short description of the post. When a user hovers the mouse over it or clicks it, the whole post opens. I am also looking for a live chat widget which allows users to create profiles,upload their images to their profile,let users invite their friends to join the forum and share photos.
