Hi, I created a report for the whole year. I’ve had numerous WordPress users access the site but only 5 are showing up. I’m using an unfiltered segmant.

Please advise, thank you

Hi @meir321 sorry for the delay.
Could you please confirm what report you are referring to? Also how does it appear for those it doesn’t display for?

Hi, the email reports under personal settings. I entered the whole year as the scope and I know for certain that I had many more logged-in WordPress users using the site, but only like 5 logged-in User IDs show up for the year.

When I do per week, I have more logged in userID’s than per year.
