# WordPress upload error

 * I recently stumbled upon an issue with uploading images to my WordPress site,
   the error I’ve got tells me to scale down the images, even though they are already
   smaller than 2500 x … px. I have tried to edit my .htaccess to get more memory,
   I also tried disabeling every plugin to check if any of those caused the problem,
   none did.
 * The error:
    Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large
   image, please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again.

 * It may be that WP is running out of disk space. Ask your host about this as it’s
   unlikely you can see a true state of free space on the disk(s).
