# WordPress upgrade Version 3.8.1 not installing

 * I’ve just installed wordpress for a new domain and I can’t seem to do much until
   the upgrade for wordpress is installed (Version 3.8.1) yet when I click upgrade
   I add in my FTP details and get the following:
 *  Downloading update from [https://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.8.1-no-content.zip…](https://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.8.1-no-content.zip…)
 * Unpacking the update…
 * Could not copy file.: wordpress/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/directionality/
   editor_plugin_src.js
 * Installation Failed
 * Can anyone help?

 * I don’t believe the domain is held with my current hosting provider which meant
   I had a long delay of 24 hours to install wordpress in the first place. Could
   it be that the domain still hasn’t promulgated yet?
