In the case of a GDPR plugin that is enabled, WordPress is constantly updating itself. I turn off the plugin to indicate that WP has the latest version 4.9.8 installed. Can you help solve this problem?

  • Hey @imre81,

What do you exactly mean? WordPress keeps updating when the plugin is enabled?
Are you sure you have the WP GDPR Compliance plugin?

    Kind regards,

    WordPress Version Installed: 4.9.8
When I turn on the WP GDPR Compliance plugin comes the notice that there is a new WP version. But no one because the latest one is installed. I turn off the WP GDPR Compliance plugin without notice that new WordPress is available.

    Hey @imre81 & @banhegyianita,

I can’t reproduce your error, it might have to do with the catching of your website.
Please see if you have any plugins that influence the catching of your site.

Since the problem doesn’t seem to be on our side, I will for now mark this as resolved since I can not help you any futher.

    Good luck.

    Kind Regards,

    Merijn Molenaar

    Hello,
Make sure your extension has the problem. I’ve disabled all add-ons on my site and only yours left, the bug has been. I turned off your add-ons and all else was wrong.
