WordPress twenty-thirteen color change

Hi, im attempting to edit the color theme where my text is displayed to blue, where it says home and where all my posts would be read to red. How would i do this?

Im used the plugin Thirteen Colors but it does not have a option to change that.

Not the backround, just what is behind the posts im writing.
